windy.con Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the windy.con platform – including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live dealer services, and promotional features – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on windy.con at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered to you. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windy.con username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. windy.con will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify windy.con customer support immediately via live chat or email.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

windy.con is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before enabling real-money gameplay. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where required.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on windy.con are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). windy.con supports the following deposit methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your windy.con account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. windy.con does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. windy.con aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. windy.con reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

windy.con is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored. windy.con reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law.

windy.con offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. windy.con reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.

• Abuse: windy.con reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

windy.con reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the change.

All casino games available on windy.con – including slots, table games, video poker, live dealer games, and e-games – operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing processes conducted under controlled conditions. 6.1 Malfunction Policy

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one windy.con account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with windy.con games or services.
• Money Laundering: Using windy.con for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your windy.con account.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

windy.con's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their windy.con account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit windy.con's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

windy.con collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on windy.con, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
